In May 2022, Doulos became an employee-owned business, continuing the rich legacy of its founders and empowering the employees to keep growing the business by serving the next generation of engineers.
Doulos founders, Rob Hurley, Dave Crowder and John Aynsley handed the baton to the experienced Doulos team, with Doulos shares being held in an Employee Ownership Trust for the benefit of all employees.
Rob Hurley explains the transition to the employee-owned business model and Jonathan Burden, Doulos CEO, talks about the exciting future for Doulos customers and employees:
