Confirmation of Booking

Your booking will only be confirmed once the course itself is confirmed to run and Doulos has received your payment, or accepted your purchase commitment. Doulos reserves the right to postpone or cancel any scheduled course at any time. Doulos liability will not extend beyond the refund of course fees for any course cancellation made by Doulos or its partners.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Substitutions of course delegates may be made at any time by a client. A course can be cancelled at any point before the course booking is confirmed, and can be made through the My Doulos home page. Cancellations made after a booking is confirmed may incur a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the course fee. Doulos regrets that cancellations made less than 10 working days before the start date, will be subject to the full course charge.

Fees include the provision of full tuition, course facilities and material, as well as the provision of refreshments and a substantial lunch on each day of the course. Overnight accommodation costs are not included. Only the terms and conditions outlined in the official quote apply. Any other agreements must be authorized in writing.
