In this FREE WORKSHOP (delivered in 2 half day sessions) you will learn an approach to adopting AMD x86 architectures in embedded and high-performance computing. Dive into AMD’s latest Zen 5 innovations, compare key platform differences and learn about memory initialization and training flows, firmware and debug configurations and more.

The workshop is designed to maximize individual engagement and learning.  Each attendee is encouraged to informally ask pertinent questions throughout, to actively participate in the learning process. 

Embedded software developers and system architects as well as hardware designers and board engineers working on x86 platforms.

  • Attendees should have basic knowledge of x86 architecture and processor families
  • Familiarity with thermal design, power delivery, and memory subsystem principles
  • Experience with firmware development and profiling tools

Delivered across 2 half-day sessions
